Request #RT-9522

Excerpt of email: At the corner of Sequoyah Road and St. Andrews Road (primarily the northeast corner) there are at least five (5) completely dead acacia trees that are in danger of falling over- one is fairly large. As these appear to be in the city's right-of-way then presumably ultimately they belong to the city. I'm just trying to avoid having them fall and cause injury unnecessarily and dead acacia trees are notorious for sudden failure with no warning (other than the fact that they appear to be completely dead). By copy to Arlette Flores-Medina in the city attorney's office I'd like to request a copy of public records/city correspondence regarding this particular matter through its conclusion.
