I am requesting the exact record released to the requester of Public Records Act request 5136 (http://records.oaklandnet.com/request/5136). There is no need for updating the file, I would like the file that was released at the finality of that request in the same format that was given to that requester. The request, according to this system at the time of this request, was resolved 19 weeks ago. As per the Public Records Act Section 6257.5, there are no limitations on disclosing a record based on the purpose for which the record is being requested. As the record was already released previously, please make this record available in the same format as soon as possible. Thank you.

Mr. Osborn- I called you on 8 Jun 15 and left a message regarding your PRR #9017. We have recovered 13 of the 20 batches of ALPR data that was provided by the custodian of records of the Automatic License Plate Reader for a similar request (#5136). An email search is being conducted by the City’s Department of Information and Technology (DIT) to locate the other seven batches. We expect to receive a response no later than the end of this week. Once we receive the material I will forward the information to you. Per the custodian of the records, the data stored on the server only goes back to 12/23/2010. If you should have any questions regarding the material, please give me a call. Thanks in advance,

The License Plate Reader server is still inoperable due to mechanical issues. We will continue to provide you with periodic updates and/or any responsive documents as they become available. You will receive your next response by May 31, 2015.

Request extended:The Department needs additional time to respond to your public records request because of the need to search for, collect, or examine a large number of records (Government Code Section 6253(c)(2)). Although the records were previously provided for PRR #5136, the records were not uploaded due to a system error. We are unable to obtain the copies of the information that was sent directly to the requester. At this time the system needed to obtain the requested information is being reconfigured. We do not have a date the requested information will be available however, we will provide you with periodic updates and/or any responsive documents as they become available. You will receive your next response by May 8, 2015.
