My Adviser has stated that Oakland has a comprehensive local hire policy. I would therefore like to request the following documents from the City of Oakland. All documents which set forth the City's local hire requierements from 2009 to present, please include any project specific policies that differ from the City's overall policies. A list of all projects that were subject to the City's local hire policy from 2009 to present. Any and all documents reflecting the close out of any construction or development projects from 2010 to present which reflect the City's analysis and ruling as to whether the these projects were in compliance with the local hire requirements or not in compliance with the City's local hire requirements. Any and all documents reflecting fines, penalties, etc imposed by the City upon any contractor or developer for failing to comply with the local hire requirements from 2010 to present.
