Request #RT-7448
Any legal opinions from the City Attorney regarding Senior Center Advisory Council membership. Relating to members serving on a non-profit board that provides financial support to a Senior Center where the person is also a member of the Senior Center Advisory Council. That person serves as President of the non-profit. That person would vote at the non-profit on awarding the money to the Senior Center, then vote at the Senior Center Advisory Council on how to spend the money. Is this a conflict of interest?
