I am requesting any and all memos, emails, correspondence, plans, schematics, and other documents from July 1, 2014 to December 1, 2014 between Lane Partners, the Department of Planning and Building, the Mayor's office, City Council offices and any other involved departments or officials relating to or mentioning renovations to the former Sears at 1955 Broadway.

Dear Records Requestor: I have finished uploading copies of all responsive correspondence from the Department of Planning and Building, and/or from the Office of the City Administrator. Planning staff inform me that they also have development-related files in their offices, which are retained as hard copy documents only and thus are not available for electronic transmittal. Staff suggest that the most expeditious way for you to gain access to these materials would be to schedule a review time with City Planner Peterson Vollmann, during which you could review all materials and request specific copies made, if desired. Please note that the City charges 10 cents per standard-sized page copied for public records requests. Mr. Vollmann can be reached by email at pvollmann@oaklandnet.com. Pending your arrangements to review the above-referenced development files in City offices, the Planning Department and the City Administrator's Office will consider their portions of your request to have been fulfilled.
