Copy of any and all, documents, invoices, requests for LEICA survey equipment, commonly referred to as Total Station purchased for the Oakland Police Department (This includes Theodolite, Evidence recorders, trackers, tribach, Mapscenes software, Mapscenes licenses, prisms, batteries, and peripherals for use with "TOTAL STATIONS".
Delivery date, and persons receiving Total Stations and to whom they were assigned to.
List of all courses including but not limited to, MAPSCENES -- Crime Scene Mapping and Accident Reconstruction.
List of all personnel attending any training for Total Station (Mapscene training), dates of attendance and locations.
Cost of training personnel for Total Station, individual and total amount expended training personnel in its use.
Any maintenance cost associated with Total Station, to include invoices. This should include, but not limited to, costs expended for calibration of theodolite.
