Our company provides temporary staff to government employers and private sector employers. We want to know how to position our offerings to be a better resource to Bay Area municipalities.
We request the following information:
1. The approximate amount of money Oakland has spent with outside vendors for temporary staffing services in the past four years, including the names of those companies providing temporary staffing services, if any.
2. Descriptions (name, date, term, etc.) of all executed contracts with outside vendors for temporary staffing services that currently remain in effect or that expired in the past three years, including:
a. Rate schedules for job classifications under these contracts, including the bill rate, employee pay rate and mark-up percentage as available.
3. Payment and rate information for temporary staffing services provided in the past four years by outside vendors without an executed contract.
4. Whether Oakland has put out an RFP for temporary staffing services within the past four years.
