We cannot upload the documents you requested. The California Public Records Act prohibits the City from releasing an individual’s employment, medical, or similar files to protect their privacy (Government Code Section 6254(c)).

Dear Requester - Based on the information received, we do not have a depository for complaints from the public/citizens related to their request. In addition, information related to personnel matters Pursuant to Government Code Section 6254(c) (Public Records Act) information related to termination of employees, censure, discipline, reprimand, etc. are exempt from disclosure. Please see Section 6254 (c) below: 6254. Except as provided in Sections 6254.7 and 6254.13, nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require disclosure of records that are any of the following: (c) Personnel, medical, or similar files, the disclosure of which would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
