Dear Records Requestor, In your recent public records request #529, you asked for a variety of types of documents pertaining to "Club Paradiso," "Club Para Diso," "Mesfin Semere," "Air Lounge," "Air Bar and Lounge," "Nara Bar and Lounge," and/or any other business operated at 2272 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland, CA 94612 or 492 9th St Oakland, CA 94607, issued, published, or sent between November 2, 2006 and August 12, 2011. I am responding on behalf of the Office of the City Administrator and the Department of Planning and Building only. If other City departments such as the Police Department have other responsive documents, they will respond to you separately. The departments I am working with have identified 72 pages of responsive documents. These materials are not available electronically. To access them, you may contact me to make an appointment at which you can review the materials in our offices, at no cost to you. Alternatively, if you would like copies made and mailed to you, the City can do that upon receipt of reimbursement for our copying and mailing costs. In this case, at the City’s copying rate of 10 cents per page copying would be $7.20, and at standard postage costs mailing would be $5.95, for a total of $13.15. The City does require reimbursement prior to the release of any copied records.
