Any and all summary reports or project descriptions concerning any alterations, improvements, construction, or modifications to City streets, sidewalks, or pedestrian rights-of-way, including alterations involving resurfacing, repaving, or overlays since July 1, 2007. 2. Any and all documents concerning any alterations, improvements, construction, or modifications in the City involving any features designed to improve the accessibility of city streets, sidewalks or pedestrian rights-of-way for persons with disabilities, including curb cuts or curb ramps, since July 1, 2007. 3. Any and all documents concerning the City's Americans with Disabilities Act transition plan, Section 504 transition plan, or any other plans or reports intended to address the accessibility of City streets, sidewalks, or pedestrian rights-of-way for persons with disabilities. 4. Any and all documents concerning prior complaints, lawsuits, administrative proceeding or other claims where the City or one or more of its agents was or is a party involving the accessibility of the City's streets, sidewalks, or pedestrian rights-of-way for persons with disabilities. 5. Any and all documents concerning any settlement agreements where the City or one or more of its agents was or is a party involving the accessibility of city streets, sidewalks, or pedestrian rights-of-way for persons with disabilities.
