We released all of the requested documents. We released all of the requested documents. Personal information, such as home addresses, telephone numbers, and credit card numbers, were removed from the documents to protect the privacy or identity of another individual (Government Code Section 6254(c)). We removed information identifying private citizens who made complaints to government (City of San Jose v. Superior Court (1999) 74 Cal.App.4th 1008, 1020.)). Dear Records Requestor, In your recent public records request #506, you asked for a variety of kinds of documents pertaining to the business known as “The New Parish” at 579 18th Street in Oakland. I am responding on behalf of the Office of the City Administrator only. If other City departments have responsive documents (such as Police or Fire, for example), they will respond to you separately. The City Administrator’s Office has identified 115 pages of responsive documents. These materials are not available electronically. To access them, you may either contact me to make an appointment at which you can review the materials in our offices, at no cost to you. Alternatively, if you would like copies made and mailed to you, the City can do that upon receipt of reimbursement for our copying and mailing costs. In this case, at the City’s copying rate of 10 cents per page copying would be $11.50, and at standard postage costs mailing would be $5.95, for a total of $17.45. The City does require reimbursement prior to the release of any copied records.
