Between July 2012 and July 2013 (a period of one year), how often were streets in Oakland not swept, when street sweeping was supposed to occur? I’m also wondering, when there’s a staff shortage on a given day, and streets are not swept, does that mean no streets in the city are swept? Or just certain areas? If just certain areas are not swept due to staff shortages (or whatever reason), how are those areas that are not swept determined? I am looking for the earliest full year of data (if data for July 2013 is not available, for example, then a period of one year starting in June of 2013, etc.)

• If a street is swept on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month, and street sweeping does not occur on the 2nd Monday, it is made a priority to sweep the street on the 4th Monday.
