The records request has not been denied. This is a voluminous request that will take some time to complete. Refining the request with key words or topics would narrow the scope of time for the Information Technology Department to provide the records. Will give you an update by Monday, March 26, 2017.

Gail P McMillon. As https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/codes_displaySection.xhtml?lawCode=GOV┬žionNum=6253. notes, this cannot be a reason to deny a records request. Please continue to grant this request as requird by law. The request can be made in stages, if you want to do so, its fine to give the period from 2/1/2018 to 3/1/2018 for the time being until the rest of the request can be completed. Alternately, I am fine with the legal requirement being met by allowing me to review the records on site and make copies. - Requester
