All communications (including e-mails) or other documents exchanged between and among any employees or representatives of the City of Oakland Department of Planning and Building (including but not limited to Rachel Flynn, Maurice Brenyah-Addow and David Mog) regarding the property located at 1405 Wood Street in West Oakland, also known as Development Area 6, APN 018 031001301, between July 1, 2015 and the present. 4. All communications (including e-mails) or other documents exchanged between and among any employees or representatives of the City of Oakland Department of Planning and Building (including but not limited to Rachel Flynn, Maurice Brenyah-Addow and David Mog) concerning any communications, oral or written, with Richard Holliday regarding the property located at 1405 Wood Street in West Oakland, also known as Development Area 6, APN 018 031001301, between July 1, 2015 and the present. 5. All documents (including e-mails and other communications) prepared by anyone at the City of Oakland Planning Department or any Commissioner, on the other hand, regarding the Application submitted in July 2015 by Quail Investment Group, LLC and/or City Ventures regarding the property located at 1405 Wood Street in West Oakland, also known as Development Area 6, APN 018 031001301.
