Per CA statute, this is a formal Public Records Act request in accordance with Govt. Code 6250 et seq., and Article I Section 3(b) of the California Constitution. We ask that you release to us the documents requested below within the 10 day deadline mandated by the PRA. This request only pertains to outstanding reports and assessments- not liens, penalties, fees, or fines that have been released or discharged or that have been fully paid/satisfied.
Additionally, for the above properties, please provide any information regarding tenant evictions, Ellis Act evictions, or any information the City has concerning protected tenants or tenant complaints.
Also, please provide information concerning any easements (negative or affirmative) that are currently active on any and all of the above listed properties.
