Hi there, Per CA statute, this is a formal Public Records Act request in accordance with Govt. Code 6250 et seq., and Article I Section 3(b) of the California Constitution. We ask that you release to us the documents requested below within the 10 day deadline mandated by the PRA. Please produce documents as they become available, and if portions of the documents are exempt from disclosure, please provide the non exempt portions. If the documents are available in electronic format, please email them to me at justin@funkoverdrive.com. If some records are only available for inspection, please notify me and I will come inspect the records during regular business hours. I will reimburse your agency for the direct costs of copying records, but again, would prefer electronic transmission (such as emailing the records or receiving via RecordTrac) as the preferred method of delivery. There are three primary categories of documents that we request for the properties listed below: 1) Environmental Assessments, 2) Easements, and 3) Tenant information and evictions. This request only pertains to outstanding reports and assessments- not liens, penalties, fees, or fines that have been released or discharged or that have been fully paid/satisfied. Additionally, for the above properties, please provide any information regarding tenant evictions, Ellis Act evictions, or any information the City has concerning protected tenants or tenant complaints. Also, please provide information concerning any easements (negative or affirmative) that are currently active on any and all of the above listed properties. Thank you!

Records regarding sewer easements can be viewed in person at the City of Oakland Building Department located by 250 Frank H Ogawa Pz Ste 2340 Oakland 94612. Other easement records are kept by the County of Alameda. You may be able to find the information you are seeking through the Alameda County Assessor’s Office. Their website is https://www.acgov.org/assessor/resources/ or by calling (510) 272-3787.
