In accordance with the California Public Records Act (“Act”), I am requesting the following information: 1) Recent and proposed changes to your Medical Marijuana and/or Cannabis ordinance. 2) Recent and proposed changes and/or implementation of your Recreational Marijuana and/or Cannabis ordinance. 3) Business names, addresses and telephone numbers of licensed and unlicensed cannabis and/or marijuana dispensaries, distributors, cultivators, testers and manufacturers in the City of Oakland. 4) The names and telephone numbers of the owner(s), managers(s) and investment groups and investors of all cannabis and/or marijuana dispensaries, distributors, cultivators, testers and manufacturers in the City of Oakland. 5) The yearly sales tax revenue from Cannabis and/or marijuana business collected by the City of Oakland for the last three years (2016, 2015 and 2014) and any other fees that are collected and associated with any type of cannabis and/or marijuana businesses within the City. 6) The business tax rules and rates for all Marijuana and/or cannabis businesses for Medical and Recreational Marijuana and/or cannabis Businesses with the City of Oakland. 7) The names, addresses and telephone numbers, official titles of the City employee(s) and the names of the departments and agencies in which they work that are in charge of oversight and compliance of any aspect of the cannabis and/or marijuana industry within the City of Oakland. 8) Names and telephone numbers of participants who attended any training or certification programs in regards to the dispensing, distribution, cultivation, testing and manufacturing of marijuana and/or cannabis in the City of Oakland. I would like to obtain this information via email or loaded onto a memory stick (brand new in package which I can provide). By placing information on a memory stick it would save paper. However prior to processing this request, please inform me of any charges and the number of pages of the request so that I can prepare the proper amount of the payment.
