THIS IS A PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST submitted pursuant to California Government Code 6250 et. seq. Please provide all records within the possession of the Oakland City Attorney’s Office concerning any legal claim submitted by Juleana Stewart and or David Helbraun. In the event you determine any or all of the information I request qualified for an exemption form the lawful disclosures I seek please note whether the exemption is discretionary and if so the necessity for the City’s withhold of the information I request. In the event you determine some but not all of the information I request is exempt from disclosure, please redact the exempted portion(s) and make the rest of the document available to me stating with specificity the nature of the exempted information along with your necessity and cited legal authority for withholding the information. In the event either of you need clarification concerning any of the above, please do not hesitate to phone me at 925-325-7464 or 510-238-3951. Further, I request that if it be determined that the duplication cost of what I seek will exceed $200.00 please inform me so that I may make arrangements to physically come to your office with my portable scanner and or copy machine to inspect and copy some if not all of the above records following my review of the same. Finally, I request a determination concerning the plausibility of your office providing me the aforementioned records within 10 days or sooner if possible.
