The Fire Dept. will search for Fire Code and tank records. However, effective 6/30/15, on the direction of CalEPA, Oakland Fire Dept’s (OFD) functions regulating hazardous materials facilities and its status as a Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) were transferred to Alameda County Dept. of Environmental Health (ACDEH), & OFD transferred all CUPA records to ACDEH.
