Please see the document posted below. I wanted to clarify that the scope of this investigation does not mention leaks, but I believe this is the document you are requesting.

Thanks Mr. Katz, To clarify, I am not only requesting records that mention the key term "leaks." In fact, items 1 through 7 of my request do not specify that you limit your search for records using certain keywords. Rather, for items 1 through 7 I am asking that you provide any and all records for investigations of sources of leaks of confidential information. I trust that your office, as well as the Mayor and Administrator’s offices, understand what types of records I’m asking for. That the City is conducting such an investigation is well known. The Mayor and City Administrator have both already publicly stipulated to this fact. Please make sure your search is in good faith, and that you do not omit any records on the belief that my request can be interpreted as asking only for records that include a specific search term. Only items 8 and 9 ask that the city search for specific terms. Thank you for your consideration and hard work.

Mr. BondGraham, In response to numbers 1-7 of your request, there is no scope of services or contract that mentions "leaks." The scope/retention agreement with Liebert is for "an investigation of the propriety and integrity" of an IA case.
