The Oakland Fire Dept. (OFD) does not have hazardous materials records. Effective June 30, 2015, on the direction of CalEPA, the OFD's status and functions regulating hazardous materials facilities as a Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) were transferred to Alameda County Dept. of Environmental Health (ACDEH), & OFD transferred all CUPA records to ACDEH.
