Fire Prevention will search for inspection and tank records. Effective June 30, 2015, on the direction of CalEPA, the Oakland Fire Department’s (OFD) status and functions regulating hazardous materials facilities as a Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) were transferred to Alameda County Dept. of Environmental Health (ACDEH), & OFD transferred all CUPA records to ACDEH.
