This is a California Public Records Act request made pursuant to CA Gov. Code Sec. 6250 et seq.
On or about Tuesday, April 30, 2013 representatives of the Total Recall Corporation gave a presentation to Mayor Jean Quan and certain staff from OPD. In advance of that meeting several documents were distributed including "TRC_Brochure.pdf". There were e-mail letters sent before and after the meeting to coordinate, and to exchange other documents, including a PPT presentation.
Please provide me with the following records held by your agency:
1. Copies of any reports, briefs, memos, presentations, brochures, or other materials, printed or in electronic format, provided to the city, the mayor, or OPD, by Total Recall Corporation.
2. Copies of any and all e-mails, letters, faxes, or other forms of communication by any representative of Total Recall Corporation and the city of Oakland.
3. Copies of any and all e-mails, letters, faxes, or other forms of communication between Steve Cercone (his e-mail, for your convenience, is firstname.lastname@example.org) and any employee or elected official of the city of Oakland.
4. Any meeting minutes, notes, video, or audio, or other records of the meeting that occurred on or about Tuesday, April 30, 2013.
