Enercon Services is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Property COndition Assesmentfor the following properties in Oakland, CA: • 1500, 1508, & 1516 27th Avenue Please consider this letter as a written request for records pertaining to building permits dating back to original construction, additions, improvements, demolitions, violations, hazardous materials incidents (i.e spills, leaks, fire), presence of UST/AST, and other incidents of environmental concern. Effective June 30, 2015, on the direction of CalEPA, the Oakland Fire Department’s (OFD) status and functions regulating hazardous materials facilities as a Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) were transferred to Alameda County Dept. of Environmental Health (ACDEH), & OFD transferred all CUPA records to ACDEH.
