The Fire Department does not have these records. On the direction of CalEPA, the Oakland Fire Department’s (OFD) status and functions regulating hazardous materials facilities as a Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) were transferred to Alameda County Dept. of Environmental Health (ACDEH), & OFD transferred all CUPA records to ACDEH on June 30, 2015. Please use this link for records or file review requests: http://www.acgov.org/aceh/hazard/cupa-file-review-request.htm
