With respect to APN 1-129-16 inclusive of what is now known as 581 5th St, but also historically referred to variously as 579, 581, 581-1/2, & 583 5th St)
Fire Prevention Inspector Adam Ball stated he is in possession of documents not returned in recent PRR’s 19-1503 or 19-5104 that pertain directly to the legality of a side stair from second story encroaching onto adjacent lot APN 1-129-17 presently known as 577 5th St.
insofar that such document(s) are being weighed by Fire Prevention or any entity of the City or County with respect to the legality of said stair, per CPRA this document must be provided. That they were being so considered was already stated by Inspector Ball, therefore, such documents must be provided,
