Please produce all writings (Evid. Code, sec. 250) concerning any communications (emails, letters, phone messages, and other forms of communication) to or from your Department regarding any and all pavement repair requests, comments, or complaints from March 2007 to present regarding Skyline Boulevard, between Keller Avenue and Grass Valley Road. This includes but is not limited to requests for repairs of potholes, ruts, cracks, and other pavement defects, as well as notification of any collisions, accidents, or injuries relating to the condition of the pavement.
