Please produce records regarding Skyline Boulevard, between Keller Avenue and Grass Valley Road (unless specified more broadly below), as follows: 1) Any and all pavement maintenance and repair records, including work orders for pothole repairs, from March 2007 to present. 2) Any and all Traffic Collision Reports from March 1, 2007 to present, including motorized and non-motorized vehicles (cars, motorcycles and bicycles) and single-vehicle accidents/collisions. 3) Any and all pavement inspection records from March 2007 to present. 4) Any and all pavement maintenance management system records from March 2007 to present. 5) Any and all pavement rehabilitation and preservation records from March 2007 to present, including treatment types, engineering plans, and specifications. 6) Any and all pavement management plans from March 2007 to present for the City of Oakland, including the 5-Year Paving Plan. 7) Any and all pavement condition surveys from March 2007 to present, including the pavement condition index (PCI) for every street in the City of Oakland. 8) Any and all records regarding how the City of Oakland determines whether and how to repair pavement, including prioritization criteria, decision matrices, flowcharts, and documents used for prioritizing repairs and performing routing and reactive maintenance for City streets. 9) Any and all pothole repair policies for streets in the City of Oakland from March 2007 to present. 10) Any and all documents used to establish funding priorities for pavement repairs, preservation, and rehabilitation for streets in the City of Oakland. 11) Any and all records of funding for pavement maintenance, repairs, preservation, and capital projects from March 2007 to present. 12) Any and all records regarding the designation of Skyline Boulevard as a bike route, including meeting minutes, email, and other correspondence. 13) Any and all guidance, manuals, and policies regarding bike routes, including bicyclist safety needs and pavement surface requirements, for streets in the City of Oakland. 14) The pavement Distress Identification Manual(s) used by the City of Oakland from March 2007 to present. 15) Any policies regarding the frequency of pavement inspection for streets in the City of Oakland. 16) Any and all engineering and traffic surveys from March 2007 to present. 17) Any and all pavement repair requests, comments, or complaints, including but not limited to transcripts/summaries of phone repair requests to 510-615-5566, SeeClickFix postings/notifications, emails to callcenter@oaklandnet.com, and contacts made through www.oaklandpw.com from March 2007 to present.
