Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (Gov. Code, sec. 6250 et seq.), I write respectfully to request copies of the following:

Any and all “writings” (Evid. Code, sec. 250) of, concerning, or relating to the City of Oakland's Pavement Management Plan(s) from 2007-present. This request includes, but is not limited to the Pavement Condition Index (PCI), budget scenarios, recommended budgets, prioritization of resurfacing, and stop-gap allocations for repairs of potholes and other road defects. 

Please also electronically produce all Street Saver data regarding the above.
