Request 19-3140 was closed without providing ANY documents, despite making the news as this:

In April, 22,500 gallons of fecal matter and coliform bacteria flowed from the 7000 block of Thorndale Drive down into Lake Temescal for five days, according to state water records.

Therefore, please provide all records, full CCTV reports including photos, videos and pipe run graphs, full overflow reports, all work orders, service calls, etc for the overflow which occurred on Thorndale Dr. in April 2019 which impacted Lake Temescal.
