We are performing an environmental site assessment for a commercial property located at 623-629 East 12th Street, Oakland, CA 94606. APN# 019-0032-003. We are looking for the following documentation (if available): 

  • Documentation related to underground storage tanks at the property (permits for installation, removal, etc.).
  • Certificates of occupancy dating back to first development of the property (or earliest available).
  • Asbestos or lead based paint abatement documentation.
  • Documentation related to releases/spills of hazardous materials at the property.
  • Documentation related to septic systems or supply wells at the property.

Records are requested from the following departments:

City Clerk, Fire Department (hazardous materials), building and planning (permits, COs, violations)

Please contact Alameda County Dept. of Environmental Health regarding hazardous materials (CUPA) records at  On  6/30/15, Oakland Fire Dept. regulation of hazardous materials facilities and CUPA records were transferred to Alameda County.
