Request #19-2942
  Open

Due to a discrepancy with billing info via Toyota financial services, my leased car was repossessed while I was on my honeymoon--therefore, I got no notice ahead of time, and no warning whatsoever.  Regardless, when I purchased the car outright and went to pick up my car from After Hours Recovery in Vacaville, my car had been broken into and all my belongings bagged up in a muddy trash bag sitting in my back seat, mini alcohol bottles were on the floor of the passengers seat (and i have been sober for 3 years), and both of my license plates were missing. When I saw my car last and when my roommate saw the tow truck taking my car, both plates were attached.

All records that are not exempt will be provided within 30 days. Please contact the undersigned if you need the records sooner or can identify a shorter list of records (for voluminous requests) that can be provided to you. We will do our best to work with you.
