Pursuant to the Public Records Act, the undersigned hereby requests that Public Utilities Commission ("CPUC") provide for inspection the following “public records” (as that term is defined in Gov. Code §6252(e)), that are within the possession or under the control of the City of Oakland. The undersigned requests access to and copies of the following information in electronic, searchable/sortable format, where applicable. Each element of the request should be considered severable for purposes of invoking a time extension or exemption under either local or state law.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 6253(c) I anticipate your determination on making the requested records available for inspection within ten (10) days of your receipt of this request. If this request should be directed to any other persons, please inform me to whom it should be directed.
