According to the City of Oakland Public Video Record of May 7, 2019 [running time: "2:35:32"], for the Concurrent Meeting of the Oakland Redevelopment Successor Agency and the City Council, Agenda Item 9.3, Assistant City Administrator Joe Devries states that:
--116 individuals served by Oakland's Emergency 'Community Cabin' programs have been assisted into placement in permanent housing.
--39 individuals served by Oakland's Emergency 'Community Cabin' programs have been assisted into placement in transitional housing.
Please provide the document or documents this figures are based on. They may be redacted to preserve the privacy of the individuals, but should contain a) the city that the housing is located in, and b) when the individuals began living in the housing. At the very least, the released documents should contain the necessary information to verify that the claim was made according to verifiable facts.
