Hello I was involved in a hit and run accident. I was standing outside my Toyota Prius and a large older model grey truck/ van turned in my direction sped up and hit me. I was struck to the ground and suffered bodily injury. I was transported to a Kaiser. This happened on November 27, 2018 about 7:15 pm in front of 2535 Wallace Street, Oakland Ca. 94606. A police report was taken, #18-059907. I’d like to request a copy of that police report regarding the hit and run accident.
