Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (Government Code Section 6250 et seq.), I ask to obtain a copy of the following documents, which I understand to be held by the the City of Oakland: 

  1. Copies of public notice from October 2, 2018 to the present given by all cannabis permit applicants located within 300 feet of the residential address 1695 15th Street, Oakland, CA 94607.
  2. Copies of documentation, including audio and/or video recordings (if available), of community meetings held between October 2, 2018 and the present for all cannabis permit applicants located within 300 feet of the residential address 1695 15th Street, Oakland, CA 94607.
  3. Copies of documents related to all scheduled or upcoming community meetings for cannabis business permit applicants located within 300 feet of the residential address 1695 15th Street, Oakland, CA 94607.
  4. Copies of the odor mitigation plan and neighborhood beautification plan for all cannabis permit applicants located within 300 feet of the residential address 1695 15th Street, Oakland, CA 94607.
