On or about October 2, 2018, Mr. Krohn (OakDOT) allegedly verbally told Mr. Bennett (Montclair Resident) that the repair work on Snake Road (and Shepherd Canyon Road) scheduled to begin this Fall has been delayed due to objections filed by City Unions. I requested a written response regarding the allegation on October 3, 2018 (excerpt below) and have not received one to date. Therefore, I am requesting record documentation of the objections allegedly filed by the City Unions.

Subject: Request For Clarification Of Statements Mr. Krohn Made Posted On Nextdoor
Mr. Bennett Hall, a Montclair resident, posted the statements below on Nextdoor yesterday. In a private communication with me, he names you as the source of the information. Since you were willing to communicate with Mr. Hall, you should be willing to communicate with me. Therefore, I am asking that you verify and clarify the information you provided to Mr. Hall.
First, it is stated below that the bidding process must start over due to objections filed by City Unions. The statement is incomplete because the names of the Unions are not mentioned, and because it does not describe what the Unions' objections were to the bidding process and/or what was defective about the bidding process requiring it to start over.
