Any document that reflects the assumed vacancy rate for budgeting purposes for the Police and Fire Departments for the current Fiscal Year.  In other words, if X number of positions are budgeted for the Police/Fire Department, how many positions are actually funded and can be filled.  Same question for the Fire Department.  I am only interested in sworn positions of all ranks for both Police and Fire.  I do not need an actual document if the question can be simply answered.  For example:

Police Department:  X Positions Authorized.  XX Positions Funded.  Assumed Vacancy Rate = XXX

Fire Department:  X Positions Authorized.  XX Positions Funded.  Assumed Vacancy Rate = XXX
