Re: Request for Public Records Related to the City of Oakland Contracts Regarding Paving

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (Gov. Code6250 et seq.), I wrote on behalf of the East Bay Municipal Utility District to respectfully request copies of the following documents:

  1. All documents that comprise the contracts between the City of Oakland and any entity responsible for paving street sections listed in the attached spreadsheet entitled “Paving_2016-2017.xlsx”, which spreadsheet was provided to the East Bay Municipal Utility District by City of Oakland employees Si Lau and Chris Diano via email on February 26, 2018.

If you determine that any or all of the requested information qualifies for an exemption from disclosure, please identify those documents or portions of documents pursuant to Government Code 6255.
