Three arrests were made of individuals who were blocking the labo r entrances. A few members of the ILWU union are refusing to enter the terminal due to a percei ved health and safety issue because of the presence of law enforcement safeguarding the ter minals. Only a few protestors remain. Unfortunately, the labor order to work the ZIM vessel was not filled by ILWU thi s morning. The ZIM vessel will remain alongside the berth until the terminal operator determine s if labor can be ordered and filled for this evening. We will continue to monitor social media platforms to see if there are additiona l calls for protests such as we saw last night. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you desire more information.
