A spontaneous demonstration of approximately 150-200 individuals occurred which re sulted in labor shifts not reporting to the SSA Terminal to discharge cargo from the Zim L ines vessel. This situation remains fluid and we are anticipating that there may be an additional call from the organizers of today's and Saturday's events to have people assemble in the seapo rt tomorrow (Monday) morning. We're continuing to monitor such broadcasts and are working w ith law enforcement to secure the terminal gates and labor entrances as needed to ensure the flow of commerce. As of 8:00 pm, the protestors remain in front of the terminal gates and labor did not report to wor k at this terminal. All other marine terminals are operating normally. Port staff is monitoring the situation closely and will send updates as more information becomes available or the situation changes.
